Like it says, I searched and could not find a topic describing anyone who has done the fullsize big bronco (1978) front disk conversion on an EB stock d44, with uncut fenders, 2.5" suspension lift and 1 inch body lift. Using 33 inch tires, would like 15x10 or 15x8 rims, what backspacing do I need to clear the disk/steering parts and not hit the fenders?

My guess is minimun 3.5" /4" Max. You will probably still need to do some trimming on the inside areas due to the sharp edges that will cut a tire in a bad way.
I am currently running the same disc brake set up but I have cut fenders along with a 5 inch suspension lift and I can use either 35 inch or 37 inch tires and they clear with out any problems.

Just about any wheel will clear the brakes/steering. front fender with 33's you may be ok with the 2.5/1" lift you'll have to check to see if any clearanceing is needed but wheel selction will not help anyhow.

My 74 now with the 79 BB Brakes on a 74 EB d44. 15x7 vintage slots(were meant for drums I think) with 31x10.5x15 ATs 3" BL 3.5" SL. It had 33x12.5" as you can see when I found it. Way too much lift for me. I am gong with a +1" or at best a +2.5" with KM2 33x10.5" so they are inside the fenders, have to keep the BL though.

I have 79 brakes on a 73 Dana 44. I'm running 10 x 15s with 3 5/8" backspacing. Clears all brake parts and the one ton tie rod over steering. I had to adjust the stops as the 35s hit the radias arms.
