Hello all, I'm curious to know how typical it is for a '77 model to come equipped with an internally adjustable driver-side mirror. My '77 has this feature, but I've struggled to locate parts for it. Any insights would be appreciated. Thanks!

My 75 had one. Someone cut the inner control off rendering it junk. Pretty sure north east classic ford parts had a couple complete ones. It’s listed on my Marti report. But I don’t think they said how many had it.

What parts are you looking for? The Bronco mirror isn't reproduced but the car one is. The housing, glass, and mounting pad on the car mirrors are smaller than the Bronco mirror, but I don't know about the internal mechanism. Might be possible to cannibalize parts from a repop car mirror to fix the Bronco mirror depending on what parts you need. I have no idea if this is possible. Simply a suggestion that one could research.

My '75 had one. I bought it in 1990 and I thought that someone added it. I figured it came off of a Lincoln continental.
No internet to search back then.
After seeing another one with it I figured it was apart of the Ranger package.

My basic 74 has one.

A 73 sport I had had one. But only on the drivers door. The passenger side was manual. No one makes repos that I have seen. Like Justin said you may be able to steal parts from similar Ford cars of the era to make one work.
