Noticed a few months ago if I'm stopped in Drive, after a minute or so, bronco will die. Starts right back up. If I'm in neutral, no issues. Also noticed that if I give it gas in a short quick consecutive manner, it dies. Other than that runs fine. Drive it all the time. What might be causing this? Appreciate any feedback.

Accelerator pump should squirt a liquid stream of gas into carb on those quick movements you talk about. Look into carb as you move throttle and be sure you have a shot of gas going in.

How many miles/months/years since it's last full tune-up?
How many since just tweaking the carb idle settings?
How many since checking for vacuum leaks?
How many since running a can of fuel system cleaner/alcohol/water-absorber stuff through the system?
How long since the last oil change, transmission fluid change.
How old is the gas? What grade?

Just the first things that popped into my head. Never had the problem, but I was constantly tweaking my idle and fixing little leaks and such anyway, so it likely never had a chance.
Oh, and I didn't have an automatic either!%);D

Good luck.
