Not sure how I missed this build but I'm impressed, what you started with was a challenge. Ok, back to looking at all the pics I missed.

Man, you have some skill!! Nice work. I can only dream to be able to do what you are doing right now.

Frustrations will be plenty. God knows Im going through my fair share right now. But when the moment comes that you worked it out its very rewarding. Hang in there and keep up the work. Before you know it well be doing a roadtrip together

I worked on the bronco for a few hours today and since my spot welder didn't get here yet, I figured I would weld holes for the seat and belts, closed since I will not be using them.

Since I finally got that out of the way, I had some more time so I fixed the front inner fenders up a little more. I know I could have bought new ones and probably should have but the new ones are made without the stamped in impressions where different things bolt to them. Thats all I had time to do but it needed done, I'm gonna be needing to put them in soon and I've been putting off fixing them for quite some time now. Now I'll probably put off grinding them until I need them, but hey they're done.;D

Good luck with it all!!!:cool::cool::cool:

When I had to do replace the front clip on Pink, I installed the doors, fenders and grille, bolted the clip to the fenders and grill then tacked it in place.

I've been considering making the front clip all bolt together, aprons to the kick panels, inner fenders to the aprons and kick panels and to the floor pans, what do you guys think?

I once bolted the inner fenders in and not welded them. I dont see a problem with bolting the whole front structure on and together.

Well I mentioned that I got my new spot welder and here are some pics of it, but I haven't been able to use it yet because I hurt my lower back and I haven't been very flexible lately. Work is almost over for the season and I'll be able to heel then.

I was looking for a set of 37" tires I could use to make sure I get clearance on the sheetmetal for them, and I scored these instead. 16-35-15 Super Swamper TSL Boggers on 12" aluminum wheels. They should be big enough.;D;D;D
