I liked the first set of bumpers that you made, but those look even better. Beautiful Bronco!

Awesome looking bronco! I love the stance on it. Would you mind me asking what sizes tires those are and what size lift kit you have?

Thanks everyone! it's not finished yet, still plenty more to do. as for the bumpers I am hoping to make them available in the near future.

wal1210, the tire size is 275/70-17 on 17x7 wheels, and it has 3.5 inches of suspension lift along with a 1 inch body lift.

Migs, are the dodge rims 4 or 4.5" backspace? 275 is pretty wide for an uncut. When tucked any rubbing on inside of wheelhouse? Did you move axle back an inch?
I'm looking at a 17x8 wheel with 4.5" backspace and a 265 70

Thanks!
Joe, the rims have about 5" of backspace. I just measured my spare to make sure. No issues with rubbing that I've found so far, and didn't need to roll or cut the lip, these tires clear just fine.
Up front though, I loose just a tad of turning radius as the sidewalls hit the lower shock mounts on the duff long arms.

Migs:

Have you ever considered making/selling the Exploder coil pack brackets you made a few pages back?

Thanks,
Todd Z.

Yes, I have been planning on it, just not advertising them yet. For now I will make and sell them when someone contacts me requesting it.

It should fit no problem with an aftermarket power steering pump mounting bracket kit like the one carried by wild horses, but will require spacers/standoffs or modification by the end user to make it work with the factory explorer pump bracket.
Brackets for Dodge Neon coil packs? Please

Stay tuned... that should be in the works soon.

Well, it's been a while since I've done anything to this Bronco... and not really sure what I was thinking but for some reason today I decided to give the grill, fenders and outer doors a quickie paint job before going to May it Forward on saturday.
I had painted the main tub a couple years back and had planned on painting the rest, but last year I just threw it all back together to get it on the road.

well, nothing like crunch time putting the pressure on to get things done.%)

So today I took stuff apart, did the prep work and got it in primer. Thursday is paint, friday is reassembly and saturday I'm driving it to may it forward.;D

Here's what I've done so far... first, taking stuff apart and finding the dents.

Next... there was always this spot on the lower drivers grill that bugged me, like that side had been bumped and slightly tweaked. So I decided to take the grill off and fix it right.
I sanded the paint and found a crease filled with bondo.%) I chipped and ground all of that out and reworked the metal back to original shape and then fit the grill to the fender a bit better.
