^ I think that's where the few degrees of difference comes in. Under heavy load your drive shaft and pinion angle will be a close match, but under light load you have just a few degrees of separation.

I thought it would be 2-4* under. I guess I should rebuild my DS and test it out before I cut off my old leaf mounts.

I have a few things to install this weekend. I'll get the fuse box in this weekend and hopefully have enough time get the spring perches in. The billet dash knobs will have to wait until my dash is done.

Rough Stuff makes a great product. I have their full width swap kit and a few steering parts to add when I swap axles. Until then, these will have to work to correct my pinion angle.

Made a little progress on the wiring. Everything will be in an aluminum box with a lid when I'm finished. I'll be installing a light in there as well

Under the hood is looking much better. Still need to figure out what I want to do with the heater hoses and clean a few more things up.

Dash should be going in soon so I'll be able to put my roll bar back in. I also removed the hideous front bumper setup and installed a stock bumper that came with it. Not in the best shape, but it will do for now.

Got the dash back from a friend and it did not like how the finish worked turned out. I dropped it off at a local custom shop to be reworked. I should have it back soon.

Thanks. It is about to look much better with the addition of hydro boost and R&M Specialties billet wire loom for the plug wires. The old vacuum boost setup needs to go and I'm not a fan of the current plup wire routing. Should look good soon.

I live off Martinazzi right now. There are a few other Bronco brothers within a mile from my place.

I have a 2" lift right now. The wheels are 15x6 and I didn't have an issues having them installed. It would be like putting a 12.5" tire on a 8" wheel. I don't see it being an issue. Only time will tell.

My tire guy wouldn't give me a warranty with 10.5"s on a stock 5.5" EB rim. Said I needed a 15x7 for my 33x10.5" KM2s. I could not find any stock 15x7s but he honored the warranty on stock 15x6s. I love my skinny 33s, can't wait to change tubs and go UNCUT!!!!!!!!!

I purchased the warranty through America's Tire and they did not have an issue with the 15x6 wheel.

Sitting in the Atlanta airport bored out of mind so I'm going to post crappy pics of my finished dash project.

-refurbished cluster w/ LEDS
-LED dash lights
-billet knobs
-Tom's steering wheel
-glove box moved over a few inches
-ash tray and a few other holes filled in
