Drivers side pan is spot welded. I believe pans are done. I just need to grind welds and seam seal.

I put a gas shock in my Toms Bronco center console. I bought the gas assist for a tuffy box. The only issue is the 40# shock is too strong and open the lid with no pressure. 10# was too little. #20 gas spring shock was just right. I got it off ebay for $7.

How did the grill turn out? build looks great.

Grill keeps getting pushed back. The waterjet left a bit of a burr edge. I wish I would have had it laser cut. It will take more time this way.

Hopefully the grill is done soon.

Quick question on your OD switch. It shows three sizes, which one did you opt for?

I got 19mm. I kind of wish I went with the biggest which is 22mm. The switches are much nicer then the ones sold on ebay. Just fyi. I bought both.

The totrons. Thinking about doing something similar for backup lights. So they will blind people behind you? Perfect...

Any photos of the way you mounted them?

I just welded studs on the back, then bolted straight to it. The bumper is at powder coating now. I can take more pictures later if needed.

Finished the inner core support for the fenders. The drivers side one was like 1/4 of an inch or less too long for some reason. We had to trim a little of it off before I welded it in place. Everything bolts up great now.

I got my new panel back with my gas doors professional grafted on! They turned out great. I couldn't be more excited. Now time to get them installed and my bronco is officially a LUBR

Here is how the body shop did it, if anyone was wondering. Tig welded, ground flat and then body filler to match. They also re-coated the back side with corrosion protection. We will be welding in the corners, but the rest will be 3M panel glued in for strength and also no place for rust to start.

That looks awesome! One of the things I would have changed on mine is if I could have sourced a 77 fuel door and assembly I would have put it in.

Test fit is done, now time to do the other side and perhaps glue and weld tonight. I couldn't be happier with the body work the kid is doing.
