Well somehow I bought a 1200 hp fuel pump from Holley, it threw a bearing in like the first 1 minute of running it. Holley warrantied it, but said they wouldn't next time without the proper filters, which is 100 micron before and 10 micron after. I bought theirs and got a discount. They also switched me out to a max 800 hp pump, which they claim is great for a street car. They said the pump I had gotten wasn't. This thing looks silly long:)

Is the noise level any better on this one?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

The 1200hp one was super quiet until it spun the bearing. I will hopefully install this one this weekend. But it's dumping snow outside so I will probably head to the mountain.

Well 3rd times a charm? I think this is my 3rd or 4th fuel pump setup. Goal is nice and quiet frame mounted HP pump. Last one I got was a similar model but I accidentally bought one for a drag car. I either ruined it or it threw a hearing. Holley warrantied it, but required me to use their choice for filters pre and post. Looks fancy. So far I can’t hear it!

Bronco leaves for paint tomorrow. 3rd times a charm. Going back to all ford stamped steel. The Chinese stuff just bothers me too much. Rebuilt super clean 66 rear quarters with grafted in 77 gas door and NOS front fenders. Super excited!

Also installed my custom stainless hard top fender washers. Pretty happy with them. My local machinest is so good.

Any chance your body shop can take photos of replacing the rear fenders and the blocking of the front and rear. I know there are plenty of examples here already, but I am always looking for more. :)

Well part of the panel bond didn't set correct, I guess the panels came out super easy! I will be mostly welding the new ones in.

Fitment of the 66 panels is so much better! Plus I get to address some cavities that weren't done the first time around. I am so happy.

Passenger side is putting up a better fight. But I think it’s just about ready.

Front fender drivers side NOS panel is fit. Rocker to to fender is perfect. Door has a small gap at the bottom front corner. Middle and top of door is perfect.

The fender fits so much better. Grill, hood lines are so nice now.
