JParker that cage is nice. I was drooling over it when I dropped off a bunch of stuff to John. I was checking out your Bronco as well. It is looking really good. My tub is heading out to the body shop for prep/prime and rhino lining, the core support is underway along with the rear shock mounts, the King shocks are waiting to be bolted on, still trying to decide on seats...

thanks man...i had alot(is an understatement) of thought into the design i was after, and it came out really great. they did an amazing job! i love what your doing with your build though, ive kind of gone ass backwards with some of mine. so im fairly envious of how your starting from scratch. im hoping to go that route soon also, and i almost bought the truck/tub/frame that you just did. i was probably going to sit on it for a while, so im glad you're putting it to good use. i know how sweet, and straight that truck is so im glad it ended up on an awesome build! great choice on the walker's also btw...i went with all black too. what were you thinking for seats? i switched out my seats also for corbeau baja xp. they look good and arent too crazy pricey.

Im leaning towards the MasterCraft Baja RS seats right now but really need to look at all the options before I pull the trigger. Just bought a set of '76 F150 axles I'm going to build up for a possible "full width" swap down the road. Even starting from scratch I have changed my mind on several things already! I know John at WCB must get tired of me changing my mind all the time (although he never shows it).

I stopped by WCB yesterday and drooled over the cool Broncos. Don't worry, I wiped it up before any rust formed on the new tub you have on there. I saw your old one (which was very clean) a few months ago, but I do like the new one John found for you even better. I can't wait to see your project when it's all said and done ;D

Not to take anything away from Kholding, but JParker11x I WANT your Bronco. If you don't put that thing in your will for some lucky kid, I want first shot at it if you ever sell it. I'll even start saving my money now ;D The paint wouldn't stay as nice for too long if I had my way with it, but you got all the cool parts I want!!

I'm going back up to WCB later this week and I think I'll take a few pictures of me sitting in both your Broncos  I'll have to turn in into a motivational poster for myself.

I agree malonejy! JParkers Bronco is looking goooood! John sent me a recent photo (hope you don't mind me posting it JParker?...) WCB just designed a new rear shock mount that was installed on Parkers (and mine in the near future).

Lets see them, go advanced on your post and then click the top paperclip without the x in it, then browse to find your pics and hit upload, wait till it says its done uploading and then submit your post.

Looking good. I'll be be WCB early tomorrow morning and you can bet I'll be checking it out before I head out to King of the Hammers. I was looking at that rear shock setup and I think it will eventually make its way onto my Bronco too.

QUOTE]

JParker,
if you don't mind me asking, do you remember the specs on the Kings size, length, etc, they look like maybe the 2.5 -10" ?? What springs are you running, I'm thinking of going that route in the rear as well.
Thanks
B

surfcity..no problem. the shocks are 10"- 2.5 -3 tubes i'll have to check on the springs and rates with the guys at wcb. it won't be until monday cause theyll be at king of the hammers thru the weekend. when i find out ill send you a pm... and ill assume you'd like front and rear so as not to hijack any more of kenny's build here.

and really sorry kenny, i didnt mean to come in on your build thread!!

that core support is looking crazy! im starting to think i need to quit half assin it and go that route also. lol, ahhh the beauty of starting from scratch!! looking really awesome though...nice work

No way Jay, I'm stoked to have pics of your Bronco here. I think of this as more of a showcase for the cool stuff WCB does. Yours is an awesome example of their work!

Ok good, i'm really glad to hear it! I just wanted to make sure I wasn't hoarding in on your killer build.

I know it might be a little early on in the build process for you, but have you decided at all on color scheme just yet? and are you going soft top with the full doors that are on it, or maybe inserts, or what are you thinking?
