What shop manuals would you guys recommend for working on a bronco? I'm looking for one that's very detailed. Specifically. I want to learn how to work on axles and re-gearing.

Thanks.

The Ford shop manual for that year of Broncos and trucks is the most detailed.

There is an early edition of Chiltons manual that is better than the later ones, because the later ones focus much more on the later years of Broncos.

OEM Ford Shop manuals. They pop up for sale here every once in a while and are typically readily available on ebay.

What they said. While the Chilton's and Hayne's books will help with general stuff, neither is likely to ever go anywhere near a gear change. Other than to show you an acceptable pattern that is perhaps, and maybe a nice exploded view.
Nope, for that I can just see it now.... "Since changing ring and pinion gears can only be done by a professional with big-boy pro tools that you losers reading our book are never going to have, take it to a pro"
Or words to that effect...%)

Heck, my Hayne's book (which I happen to like a lot by the way) won't even give the alignment specifications! When you get to that paragraph, it says that "since alignments can't be done by anyone but a professional with an alignment rack, it doesn't make sense for us to even waste the space to give you the numbers here."
Ok, so I'm praphrasing. But that's exactly what it feels like they're saying every time I read that bit.

At least the old Chilton's book gave you the specifications, even though they too did not think you could do it in your driveway, or garage.
Long way of saying, Factory Shop Manuals for the really good stuff.

What year manuals are you looking for? OK, I see in your signature it’s a ‘69....unfortunately don’t have that year.

Need a body and interior manual for a 1974. Anyone willing to loan them out? Would only need it for a couple weeks. I have electrical and drivetrain if anyone wants to borrow them

I’d love to have any ‘68 manuals I could get. Just bought a U14 and I know I’m gonna need all the help I can get. Willing to pay for them
