Need some help deciding on paint colors for the Bronco. I definitely want a Whimbledon White top. The interior is going to be largely black (seats, carpet console). The bronco is a lubr on 33' tires (3.5" suspension lift and 1" body lift). I do want to paint the dash to match the exterior color.

The options I like that I can not seem to decide between are:

1. Boxwood Green with White grill
2. Boxwood Green with Argent Silver grill
3. Acapulco Blue with White grill
4. Acapulco Blue with Argent Silver grill

Curious to see what the poll will look like!

Boy you made this one tough. two of my favorite colors. If I were to choose, I would pick boxwood green with black grill, and black top.

I vote for Boxwood Green with a Wimbledon white grill and Wimbledon white stock steelies. :)

The first pic of the blue rig you posted is Ford “S” Code paint.
Midnight blue metallic. BTW...I think this color is fantastic also.

Acapulco Blue with Ford Performance White looks like this in the sun...

Sort of on a green kick right now! If you did this poll a year or so ago I might have voted for the blue . . .

It's just me, but I like to see an Argent grill ONLY if you the chrome grill trim. And if you do have the chrome grill trim do not paint it white! So my real answer is Wimbledon White grill without the trim, Argent with the trim.

I agree Scoop...
Just have to ask Casey, what color was your Bronco originally?
Why not keep it what it came as?

Thanks for the clarification - the blue in the picture is the one I am thinking of. I guess it is midnight blue metallic.

Just have to ask Casey, what color was your Bronco originally?

It originally was a mustard yellow, but this is a reproduction body - so it is all fresh metal. The mustard yellow color grew on me, but I like these two colors better and since it is all being painted, I might as well go with the color I like better (once I figure which one that is!).

Is it too much to have an argent silver grill and then a wimbledon white top? Just not sure if having 3 different colors is a good idea?

And also Argent colored stock steelies from the factory for a Sport.
I think...someone here will know.

I don’t think it’s too much...Here’s my “U” code Sport with argent grill and a Wimbledon White top. I did repaint the wheels to Wimbledon White as well.

If you decide on the “S” Code Blue (PPG 2472) I prefer Ford Performance White (PPG 4833) over Wimbledon White. Performance White WAS NOT original to early Broncos, but you are doing a color change anyway. I prefer Wimbledon white color tone with green but prefer a “Whiter” White with the blue. Hope this helps you in some way.

Are you going to have all of the Sport trim around the windows on it?
Beltline trim? Grille trim? Rocker trim?

My 68 Mustang is Acapulco blue so my 70 Bronco will be same color. I liked the idea of pure white top over the Wimbledon White.

Funny how close the poll is. Looks like I am not the only one torn between which of these colors will look the best and have the most longevity.
