66 Bronco Finer Points Questions (chrome emblems nuances, decals, steering wheels, horn push, etc.)

Does anyone know for sure if the chrome "289" emblem appeared on the first 289-equipped Broncos to roll off the assembly line in May of 1966? Did they appear on both front fenders or just one? I see certain "Bronco" fender scripts may have an additional "SPORT" upper appendage add-on on them...
