Thanks @Timmy390 and @bronkenn. I ended up clocking the transfer case as well to solve the clearance problem. Of course, now I need to modify the AA bracket the twin stick attaches to.

I'm in the middle of putting in a M5OD with D20 t-case. Using the BC Bronco ZF kit and I'm also having the same front driveshaft clearance issue with BC transmission cross member. How'd you solve the problem?
