If your sure there is gas, the short piece of hose in the tank can rupture sending a tiny bit of fuel but not enough pressure to the rail. If that is your problem be sure to use fuel hose rated for fi and submersion.

i run 35's and my current set-up stops perfect no bias or lockup even on snow or mud. another question is if the disc set up will fit inside 15x8 rims without a spacer? even if the proportion valve needs to be changed it's not a deal breaker, like paul says "set it and forget it" for years.
