My experience, registering two pre-1975 Broncos in the State of Kalifornia - they WILL crawl under the vehicle and check that the frame VIN matches the glovebox door VIN...

Here in CA, when titling a vehicle, "Matching frame/glovebox/clear title" is worth its weight in GOLD! I've titled several vehicles here in CA since moving here in 2003; on the two Broncos that I've registered here, BOTH times the DMV agent went outside and crawled under the Bronco, VERIFYING...

I did (aftermarket) FJ40 mirrors. *I* like 'em, but I know that they seem to have fallen "out of favor" in recent years. Here in SoCal they work GREAT on the Freeways, which are known for people "darting in & out of traffic" at the very last second. Not the best picture, but here ya' go:

IIRC, the Wrap Trap will NOT work on stock, unlifted height Broncos, right?
