I was thinking cold setting as well, I have it set at .o18 on a hot engine and the valve tapping is quite loud. I will snug them down while the engine is cold tomorrow and see if that helps. Thanks again

Thanks Paul, I have read different ideas about intake and exhaust being different settings so its good to get it from a manual. Just curious if that is a hot or cold engine when you make the adjustment? Thanks again

Hey any thoughts on this. A Rebuilt four speed and a new hurst shifter that grinds and pops out of second gear. K Bar S tried to adjust it but still does it. Ideas? 72 Bronco 302 and 4 spd with the Hurst floor shifter. Thanks
