    3.5" Suspension Lift Options/Questions

Sounds like you’d be fine with the basic Wild Horses 21/2” or 31/2” suspension lifts, no need of the inboard shocks or long shock towers in the front if you are basically driving around town, duel shocks are unnecessary imo, you won’t go wrong with either vendor, just call them they’ll be happy...

    Door Skins?

I have done both of my doors, it's not that hard it just takes patience to carefully remove the old skin with a chisel and a grinder without damaging the door itself. The new skin comes with the seam already made so all you have to do is fold it onto the door shell, I used a body hammer and...

I have the retro sound unit myself, I have tried all different antennas, no luck with anything so far, glad it's not just me!

    Custom wiring harness?

I'd reach out to Ron Francis, they have a lot of bare bones harness's like you describe. Their catalog alone is a must read in my opinion. Lots of good info about doing your own wiring.

    Roll cage/body support

The picture of the tailgate area didn't post but it's the same idea except I used a piece of flat stock welded to the tube & bolted to the bed rail with two 3/8 cap screws, cleaner than drilling the cage.

    Best Tilt Column???

I have the Flaming River Coloum, very happy with it, I went with the polished stainless, if I were to do it again I would get black powder coat, too much reflection in the windshield sometimes, just something to think about

    Here you go

    Roll cage/body support

I bolted mine exactly as you describe, I think it makes it stronger and stiffens the tub. Be very careful to check all door & tailgate fitment before u weld anything perminate. I'll post a picture but they always end up upside down!

    Horn problem

Having an issue with my horn & hoping someone has had the same at some point. I have a flaming river tilt column (I've had it for years) after redoing my dash last winter I put the steering wheel back together and drove it, the horn wasn't working but I ignored it. Yesterday I decided I fix it...

Pics of mastercraft Baja RS folded forward

I have them as well, I agree with what Mark says above, great seats but you have to climb through center to get in back. My only complaint with them is the sliders, just can't get them to work well, one has broken on me already, for the money they could be higher quality.

    5.0 Explorer Swap

Over the weekend I picked up a 2000 Ford Explorer to use as a donor, displayed on some of the Facebook Bronco groups yesterday. Now reality sets in. My first step is to sit and make a list of all the questions and issues I will encounter and how much money it will actually cost me. I'm not going...
