    WhatÂ’s a title worth?

Yup, some friends of mine ran a shop here in Bemidji. About once a month the state trooper/DOT guy would come and spend the day helping people find frame Vin numbers so they could get titles or determine if cars were stolen or crashed and rebuilt.

Just keep some spare parts wrapped in foil. Lol. It won't affect a set of points . Condenser maybe. Get mechanical voltage regulator. It screws up anything electronic not mechanical. Diodes In an alternator maybe.

    TBP OEM Quality Fenders fitment

They never fit real good in the factory because we didn't have laser measurements back then. My dad was a30 yr Ford retiree from the st. Paul plant. He was full of "fitment" stories. Doors were adjusted with a rubber mallet and a 2x4......... grills had to be screwed in on one side and pulled...

    1966 170 timing/overheating

Not on a EB but similar type situation. We had a focus wagon that was totally undrivable on ice/snow. Dealer said it was totally in spec. Took it to an alignment shop and they said," we can fix that". They did, could do a scary 60-65 mph on ice no problem. When I saw the fix it was equally as...

    How to determine model year?

Back then the change over date was the 9th month not the 8th month of the year . I worked as a dealership mechanic shortly after that time.

Lowest mileage Early Broncos you know

Elmer in my garage had only 14,980 . We are 2nd owners and he is a 1970. Others on here have seen him and concur that the miles are original. The po used him for fly fishing in southeast minnesota in the summers and moth balled him in a barn for the winter.
