Ok folks, what would y'all think is reasonable too many miles/day for a daily driver. If I start doing this, mine will be approx. 70 to 100 per day. Just a nice and easy 50 to 55 mph. Just curious what the crowd thinks. Right now, mine is an uncut '76 bone stock except for the intake and 4 barrel.

I'm seriously considering a 2" body lift on my '76. I need to replace my fuel tank fill hoses anyways. Do I have to find extra length ones or would stock ones allow for the lift?> Thanks all.

I never heard anything about it either. I would've tried to make it down. I would be down for an occasional group meeting kinda thing.

If it is made in the US there is no duty. If it is older than 25 yrs., it does not need to meet US EPA and DOT standards for importation purposes.

I've just had this problem on my Holley. The four bolts between the mounting plate and the bowls were coming loose. You could actually see gas blurping out when it would try and idle. You can do the carb cleaner trick for that one. I could see my problem clear as day when I took off the air cleaner.

After I got my '76 home the heater core started leaking into the cab. I need to order the reseal kit, but I did get a new core and a cheby blower motor with bigger squirrel cage to make better heat this winter. Good luck

Next time I'm in town I'll bring the '76 in hub and say hi. But on all 3 of the 302's and the 351W I have in mine, all the coolant for the heater is coming in and out of the front of the motor.

I don't know what that is for. All of mine have come off the front pass. side right next to the distributor.
