I bought the setup wanting to put it in my 69, rebuilt the C6 and now all the stuff just sits in my barn. At this point I'd rather just sell it and rebuild my NP 435 and get back to driving my bronco. Price is 1200 plus shipping, not sure what shipping would cost, most likely go through fastenall.

I'm going to give ECGS a chance to fix this but I'm a little more than pissed right now. I got the conversion bearing alright but they sent the wrong bearing for the other big case and 35spline carrier. They sent a regular 1.78x2.89 bearing for the other. They also sent the yokes separately...

Check your U joints on the drive shaft, it's more of a clunk than a ping and you'd feel a lot of vibrations but it's a start.

At the same time I don't see any 31 spline carriers that have a 2 inch journal. I'm thinking it's the bearing, like when I ran big bearing shafts in my old small bearing housing. You don't see it out there but it's there, I hope. I'm willing to go the extra mile to make this work for the guy...
