    Appreciate the comments…. Wish I could take credit for the exhaust. Got the headers from Horsepower Customs who are now in Ensenada, Mexico …. Not sure manufacturer or if they built them. The rest of exhaust was built and installed at MagnaFlow HQ in Oceanside

    MagnaFlow has a dual kit for broncos. I have it installed and LOVE it! All stainless from header back and sounds awesome!

    Well, Saturday, it ran like a champ, pulled it outside, let it run for 10 mins, checked battery with battery tester and the charging system--all good and looked at the Alt meter in the gauge cluster and it was on positive side at 30. pulled it in turned it off. Yesterday, go up, changed oil...

    OK kind gentlemen..... this a.m. checked the fusible link (all good) checked jump starting starter with screw driver (all good) checked grounds (all good) checked power from the black with yellow strip wire from alternator (all good) turned key....nothing, turned to accessory....nothing went...

    Also, with a bad alternator I should still be able to jump start the car or would at least get some noise if battery has all or some charge… correct?

    I checked the fusible link by putting the clamp of the light meter on the negative post of battery and probed the link at the splice of the new 10 gauge wire to the 2’wires, checked it at the splice of the 10’gauge to the fusible link and various points throughout band all lit up the tester…...

    I can’t figure it out- I have checked every wire involved ….it started up tan high for about 30 seconds then settled into good idle . Then just died…… now back to nothing…… no lights, turn signals, radio

    checked black and yellow on alternator and it is lighting up

    So I did that … checked at splice of the 10 gauge and the fusible link and it lighting it up

    with a test light ----i should have it clipped to neg on battery and when touching fusible link with probe it should light up showing power flowing through it.....correct?

    As far as the amp..... it has been running this way for 5 years .... no problems

    got the 10 gauge wire spliced in the 2 wires (yellow & black) then have the other end spliced in 14 gsuge fuseable wire connecting it to the solenoid. Car started up, ran long enough to pull it out of the garage then died and back to nothing...not a click. Checked all the wires ...all are in tack.
