Cam Sensor wiring. 3.8l Windstar for hall effect trigger for Term X

Figured I’d tag onto this thread since it’s very similar. My EFI explorer harness has a 3 wire plug for cam sensor. The 3 wire synchronizer is ruined (someone at junkyard must have thought it would be funny to destroy it for the next person). I do have a 2 wire synchronizer and sensor. My...

    TN Throwback/Super Celebration parts sale/swap

I’m cleaning out the hay shed, literally! Finally fed all the hay and uncovered some parts that I can bring to Super. Custom half doors… a project that never got finished. Cool concept and unique, just need someone who can finish them. Factory rear cutouts 3.5” (I’m 95% sure) coil springs...

Throwback Weekend, April 12-14 Townsend TN

I've done a little more digging, and hear that there will not be any vendors the first Throwback weekend. I always enjoy looking at the parts and talking to the vendors.

Throwback Weekend, April 12-14 Townsend TN

So when is everyone with EB's going - the first or second weekend? I definitley can't go both weekends, and don't care to be overwhelmed with new Broncos either.

    Explorer EFI conversions

Isn't it super wide and won't fit between the frame rails? Never seen this done.

Borgenson/Delphi power steering box install issue

Gotcha. So you overdrilled every hole to sleeve the existing three plus the 4th with DOM. I’m not opposed to doing this at all. Actually if I do that, it’ll be easy to get the holes just right. I just wanted to make sure I’m not the only one having fitment issues really.

Borgenson/Delphi power steering box install issue

Bringing this to the top. I have a new Borgenson box. Couple of questions.... were the original bronco frames sleeved for the steering box bolts? My Bronco had some sort of Toyota box on it and the holes in the frame had been enlarged to line up. I'm not 100% sure where the factory holes...

351 with explorer crank pulley/serp setup timing pointer

That's what I did on my orange one ... just used a pointer off a mustang and it bolts on in place of the sensor that you are not using.

    Explorer power steering fluid reservoir

I know this is an old thread, but does anyone know if these PS reservoirs are still available? I emailed on Monday and have not heard back, but it's just been a couple days.

    mustang hydroboost fitting sizes?

I bought my fittings here. Great customer service. https://pbhperformance.com/product/99-04-mustang-hydroboost-an-fitting-kit/ Some good tech at the bottom of this page too, including various versions between Mustangs...

    Fuel/Brake line clamps

I also think McMaster Carr has good selection of similar style clamps.

    Fuel/Brake line clamps

Or take two pieces of stock and vice them together. Then use the seam as your center point and drill. Same principle, just eliminates having to cut them in half.

    Why Dana 60?

You mean you don't want me to bring up the benefits of the 8.8 that replaced so many of the 9" applications? :ROFLMAO: That 1986 stat does surprise me though.

    Mustang Hydroboost Question

I have the mustang HB but looking for the MC that fits with side brake lines. Did you have to adjust the push rod with this dodge set up or was it pretty much bolt up and go?

    4R70W Advanced Adapter help

That's a real good question, and without having done it that way also I can't say yes or no. I don't know of any reason to say don't do it that way. I also had to remove the crossmember to gain access to one bottom bolt. The fridge was empty when I went in last night LOL.
