These are brand new and have never been installed. They make smooth or textured flares and these are the smooth finish. They come with welting. I bought them from Toms so look there for more info.

I ordered a set of Disc brake calipers With install hardware. When they showed up one side had a 3" retension spring, and one had a 3.25 retension spring clip. Does anyone know wich one is correct for F150 disc brakes? I can't seem to find the information I need. Thanks!!

wich master cylinder is prefered for the Ford disc conversion? 76-77 Bronco or 76-79 F150? They have different part numbers, but do they have a different bore size?

I have everything (I thought) to do the Ford disc brake conversion this weekend. I bought Thunderbird calipers. The F150 brake hoses wont bolt to the t-bird calipers. What the hell do I do?? I got the right banjo bolts for the calipers but they don't appear to have been designed for banjo style...

I'm putting together the parts for a front disc conversion and want a set of D44, Ford disc, tie rod under, knuckles. BC Broncos sells the complete kit with NEW knuckles but I don't want to spend the money on a complete kit when I already have most of the parts needed. Any suggestions??

I have come across a 75 rear housing with big bearings and the Torinio style brake bolt patern. I am wanting to convert to disc brakes. I believe I have heard that Explorer disc brakes bolt up to that housing?? If so will the Big brake, big bearing axels I have now work??
