New battery. Started right up. Cut it off and now it is one click and no power. I can disconnect battery, hook it back up and I have lights and power. Go to start it and clicks once and lose everything again. Any advise on chasing this - what seems to be a grounding short to me?

Can anybody give me help in identifying what wire goes to what in 74 steering column - specifically pin placement. Old harness has been painted so I can't tell wire colors. I cut the old harness out of original column and would love to just plug back in and go

When replacing floorboards, what did everybody do about gas tank, lines, etc. Do I need to remove all of this before I start? I sure wish I could just start grinding or cutting them out.
