Just wanted to say thanks to the gang at James Duff! We were on our way home from Florida and happened to be passing through Knoxville on Thursday (4/4) We stopped in and were given the full tour of their shop. They all dropped what they were doing to answer our questions and show us around. They made me feel like every customer is appreciated. I will continue to thank them with my business! Thanks again!

Yes I could not agree more. Last year we swung down to the shop from Super Cel and they were great to deal with.

I'm with Ben ... we sure do like having them in the SE. I remember going to their original Grand Opening - took a day trip up just to meet everyone. I've made excuses to go back several more times for different events they have had at the new shop. I guess my next excuse to go visit (and buy parts) is to see the NEW shop.

The Duff business was the first Bronco aftermarket venue and started in Gardena, Calif as Duffy's Bronco Service. My EB was a 73, and it was then that I started doing business with them. Not too much later they moved to Hawthorne, Ca, then eventually Squim, Wa. They have always been super people.
I talked to Mr. Duff at the anniversary bronco meet at Apple Valley CA and he said the fender flares on the 77 EB I owned at the time were his original mold and he had not seen a set for quite some time. I met his wlole family. I also met some folks there from Wild Horses and one of their employees EB was experiancing ignition problems and I gave them distributor parts so they could get back home. They were very nice folks as well. I really don't think you will find nicer folks then bronco people. In the 60's honda had an ad theme "you meet the nicest people on a honda". Well I personally feel the same way about early bronco people.
