Help me figure out exhaust flanges for stock 302 manifolds

Thanks but I do have the stock manifolds on the truck. I just thought it'd be way easier if somebody knew exactly what flange worked best. Worst case I'll have to take the truck to an exhaust shop but I'm hoping to avoid that.

Help me figure out exhaust flanges for stock 302 manifolds

I've got some 2.5" exhaust tubing from a fellow bronco owner, but it won't work for my application as he must have had aftermarket shorties. The flanges are way too big for my stock 302 EB manifolds. I am trying to figure out which flanges I need to purchase so that I can cut off the big ones...

1971 Bronco Crawler Build - Texas

This gets me caught up to where I currently am on this thing. I've got one hydro line left to build, the reservoir to pump line, and I still do need to do the brake lines. I'm purchasing my propane setup off my old 75 bronco I sold a few years back this weekend. I also pulled out all of the...

1971 Bronco Crawler Build - Texas

Driveshafts came in and do they look good. Measurements look right on. Had to go ahead and get them bolted up. I also went to Harbor Freight and spent more money. I bought a Earthquake XT 3/8" Impact and holy shit does it work well. We'll see how the longevity is but I got the 3...

1971 Bronco Crawler Build - Texas

So instead of working on brake lines and full hydro lines like i told myself i would, i just tore up the fiberglass and thin tin sheets covering the floors to see what was underneath. bad idea. I'm probably just going to order some replacement floor pans, but the floor supports are also...

1971 Bronco Crawler Build - Texas

So this was my idea for mounting my front bench seat. Remember, this thing came out of the back of a extended cab Canyon, so the mounting brackets really made no sense at all. luckily, the bottom of the seat is a tube frame, so I welded some 1.30" OD pipe to the tube frame, and then used some...

1971 Bronco Crawler Build - Texas

Not long after I bought the Mega, I started having some transmission issues with the Corvette. Spent some time tracking down a small but persistent clutch fluid leak (ended up being the POS Tick remote slave bleeder), and then a month later, the output shaft grenaded itself in our neighborhood...

1971 Bronco Crawler Build - Texas

Got a little work done on the cage. got the door bars added in, and did a mild dovetail in the back. the fender is basically just ziptied to the bar on the cage for now. I need to do some triangulation and then I'll be ready to put on some shock mounts for the rear. I bought 4 furniture...

Need some help figuring out what's going on with my clutch fork

well shoot i sure hope that's not it. I'd hate to have to pull this motor or trans/tcase out again to change out throwout bearings. I think an inch or so of additional length on the clutch rod will be plenty good. the small socket i jammed in there only added 3/4 of an inch or so I'd guess...

Need some help figuring out what's going on with my clutch fork

yeah, i'm going to just order all new components. it is super rusty, stripped, and bent. no bushings anywhere so it's got tons of play. i think once i get all that installed it will be MUCH better. Thanks for the advice guys.

Need some help figuring out what's going on with my clutch fork

Yeah I jammed a socket in between the fork and rod and had fiance push the pedal and that's what it is. The rod is so rusted it won't turn so I'm just going to rebuild that whole assembly.

Need some help figuring out what's going on with my clutch fork

So first of all, this is a NP435 transmission. We installed a new diaphragm style clutch in it. It previously had a stock appearing clutch and the 3 speed. The clutch linkage is all very janky and i am going to replace alot of it but what concerns me is that the clutch fork feels very...

SOLD JB Customs D-20 "T-Type" Stainless Steel Twin Shifters (BRAND NEW)

I bought this JB Custom Fabrication Twin Shifter for my t-type Dana 20 about a year and a half ago, and almost immediately afterwards decided to go with a new Atlas II. It's been sitting on my shelf in the garage ever since, and now I'm trying to get rid of some of my spare parts. This will go...
