    JBG Tub Kit

http://classicbroncos.com/forums/showthread.php?t=281941 I did. Unfortunately, dificulty is like cold. It is relative. What is dificult to me, may not be to you, or vise versa. I have about 150hrs on the bare tub. A lot of that is tweaking things to suit. Oddly, to do it again, I would start...

Thank you all for the nice compliments. If there are any specifics you would like to know, feel free to ask. As you may have noticed, I am better at answering questions than just writing about what we did. Franko289, you pm box is full and you cannot receive more.

I used House of Kolor for the orange paint. HOK orange primer, and then shot the Raptor with a primer gun to get a smoother finish. I think I did sand between primer and Raptor. The white was Eastwood's single stage Wimbledon white. DO NOT BUY THIS! It is a LOT closer to Ford's Colonial White...

The rear bumper was on it when I bought the truck. I have no idea where it came from.

    1) sorry. May 1977 not Jan or Feb. 2)yes. When you replace everything, everything is left over. I don't have plans for it, only dreams. Shorten a Crown Vic frame and make an autocross/ track car, or use it for buggy skins. I have done the buggy thing before, so I don't really think that will...

What have you done to your Bronco today?

The steering(Borgensen ps) was very good. Tape measure toe adjustment even seems spot on. The whole thing drove better than I expected.

Has anyone seen an air cleaner like that on a 77? The previous owner said it was on there when he bought it in the mid 80's. It sure seems like the one that came with my June 1977 build, but I have not seen one like it. Edit: my rememberer was broken. May 1977

    Ha. Forgot the underside shots.

Finished. Well, road tested anyway. The underside shots were taken at the muffler shop, and the rear driveshaft was also obviously missing at the time. I drove it for the first time yesterday, and put 30 miles on it. Mostly short trips, then back to the shop to tweak things. Another few...

Upon assembly, my ignorance of Broncos came to light. See, I unknowingly fitted the wrong door. The wrong door was pulled when my order was filled, and I just flat didn't notice. Dad and I are still scratching our heads on that one. Anyway, with over 10hrs of work already into the wrong door...
