I bit the bullet and bought the 15x7 Vintiques from Summit. Had to use a 1/4 in spacer to clear the tie rod ends. But now im in compliance with Interco's wheel width for my tires, and they look great. Taking them for powder coating Monday.
They do indeed exist. Interco super swampers. I just got a set.
I saw those Vintiques. Scared they wont fit as I have factory calipers (76 front discs).
Thanks
For the 2 cables going to the heater box: Defrost is a plain cable and is 12 1/4 in long. The "Fan, off, low, high, pull for heat" cable has a electric wire tabs with a "little box" on it and is 16 1/4 long.
"Connect all the dots" i.e. weld in the entire seam. But move around or you will warp the panel. I tack right, left middle then fill the gaps one tack at a time. Its tedious but its the only way to keep the heat down. I'll blow it with compressed air once and a while to cool it off as well...
#1 is to "hot wheels" looking IMO. #2 would be my pick, has some pop but not to blingy. I think chrome looks better w/ light green than satin. Have fun choosing.
