    EFI fuel pump not cycling

    When you turn the ignition on but dont start are you saying your fuel pump are not shutting off after 3 seconds? If so, probably bad ECU. Also check grounds everywhere especially near computer.

    Can you ground the self test so that the FP stays on and hear it going back to the tank? Also fuel pressure should be over 35 psi.

    Pull your 30 plus wires through first then turned the plug sideways. That is why manhole covers are round so they dont fall through. For a grommet, split a 1/4" vacuum line then install around the hole.
