A PO on my 71 moved the rear axle back 1” for clearance. The main spring was cut and slid along the pack and held together with u bolts as clamps.

The cards haven’t shuffled right for us this year to get the bronco back on the road. Had a coworker resign in June, started covering that position, then the next week our new baby arrived a week early. Had some unexpected house remodel stuff pop up, per usual when we have babies. Haha. So...
