    let the other guy do the work then take the loss. look at most auctions for specialty cars today and you will see many that sell much lower than it cost to restore them. at one time i bought cheap and tried to restore, lost money on most. now i buy cars that have had most of the work...

    own a jewelry store but i also build custom pool cues, and it takes all the money from both to make ends meet these days, then you toss in a money pit like a bronco!!!!!

    should I lift or leave stock

    when i was looking to buy i found a many that had been lifted and a few that remained stock. i buy and sell a lot of ' toys ' and have found for the most part, stock and unaltered will sell faster and bring a bit more money.

    How hot is your heater?

    missouri, dry and 38 degrees it was the perfect day to take the bronco to work, my first cold day with this bronco. i pulled, and twisted a bunch of control knobs and heard the blower motor going hell bent for leather. BUT the amount of heat it produced could be compared to a medium size candle.

    cell phone and auto tow phone number in my 67 years on this planet i have never broke down and had the right parts with me to correct the problem, accept a flat tire. no roadside repairs for me, it's a phone call with a ride home in the tow truck. chuck
