I hear and feel a clunking

You know, I replaced that... 2-3 years ago, and now that you mention it, its a very similiar feel to it. Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll look it over this weekend.

I hear and feel a clunking

Well, I just got my Bronco back from the shop getting a 2.5" lift or so. Normally, when things get 'fixed' something else totally unrelated breaks, but maybe not in this case so let me run it by everyone. I felt nothing wrong immedietly yesterday, but this morning when I was coming to a stop...

Door Panels w/ Parchment from Jeff's

I'm building panels myself. I got some hardboard, made a template and set them in there, made some notes on the measurements so I can cut another template out. - which is where I'm at the moment. Next template should be 'perfect', at which time I'm going to shop around and see what speakers go...

Door Panels w/ Parchment from Jeff's

I didn't get any other hardware with the panels, there's punchouts in the back where the holes in the door are, and I assumed they thought I was going to drill through the material - which isn't happening. So I thought I would just velcro it. Now you got me thinking maybe I'm missing some...

You know, I thought there used to be a line in the left profile area that said Bronco Year, but I thought wrong. Its a 74.

    Suspension 101/ Suspension for Dummies

And never overlook finding some off-road specialist in town that can do the work for you if you really don't know much about Suspension work. Last thing you want is go through all the phone calls, all the reading, and all the manual labor and see your Bronco lean to one side.

    Scientific Study Proposal

I swear, the days I actually take the hard or soft top off my Bronco, are the same days we actually get rain. Texas is going into Drought Restrictions around the state soon, and as soon as I got mine out of the Shop, it starts to drizzle. I race to work and get in the garage... it stops. Last...

Door Panels w/ Parchment from Jeff's

Being in San Antonio, which is quite Humid, I know they will warp eventually. Shouldn't be too hard to make new panels out of steel, I'm building the rear ones now so we'll see how that goes. Distintctive Industries sells all sorts of panels, check them out for the Ranger...

The ACTUAL Stock Steering Wheel ?

I found the woodgrain on my 2nd search on Jeff's Bronco Graveyard. However a plain black one will fit me better, I don't have anything else that's wood in there.

Door Panels w/ Parchment from Jeff's

The Door Panels from Jeff's Bronco Graveyard are SLICK The only problem is I need to get some other method of securing the lower portions to the door that will not involve Drilling holes through the panel. I'm thinking heavy duty Glue and Velcro.
