I’m currently looking for a new or used dash pad in good+ condition for my 1969 U15. Anything available out there in Bronco land?

I’m just about to install a new rearview mirror on an early bronco windshield. It’s a 1969. Any advice on the exact placement of a mirror? It would obviously be dead center left to right horizontally on the windshield but how many inches down should it be from the top of the rubber seal?

This seat with arm rests is in good solid condition. Has areas of wear including an approx. 2 1/2” split in a lower corner seam which looks like it could be stitched back together. Shipping is extra.
