My wife loves driving in mine and would probably drive it in an emergency, but otherwise steers clear of the driver side of the bronco.

I use USAA and its been very reasonable. Progressive will also insure it but it will likely cost an arm and a leg.

Over the summer I spent 3 weeks traveling from LA to to Oregon to western Washington and all over the west coast. about 3200 miles in total and one hell of trip. Have made similar trips over the years but this one is one of the most memorable.
