Question #1--Bolting on a set of your new arms (very nice by the way) in the stock length will give me the ability to correct caster on a lifted bronco??
And correct the "Bronco Lean". One might see a slight advantage in the flex department because of the heim ends??
Question # 2-- If one's...
Too much timing. 12 degrees should be fine. Also check total timing, should be around 32 degrees. (total= rev engine 3000 rpm and check timing).
What about the fuel filter?? Did you replace it?
Give me a call when you finally get to work. Ha
CUSTOMER SERVICE….
"Our customers are revolting! They are demanding more for less. They want world class products and services. They want it all and they want it now. If we can't provide what they want, they will find some one who can. Customer loyalty is a myth formed in the mist of our distant...
I would love to go, but just sold the 71 two weeks ago and all I have is a bunch of parts lying on the shop floor. I am trying to talk the new owner into taking his new bronco wheeling with a bunch of classic broncos. He lives in Livonia, MI and he said he would consider it. If he goes, I...
I have the 36" Iroks with actually measure closer to 37" I only paid $155 per tire at my local 4wheel parts store. I have the bias ones and they ride and drive great on the street. They are a little louder than my old BFG muds, but the off-road performance is simply great. If its not a daily...
Trailpsyco, If you really want one of those racks, just give me a call at work and I will hook you up with my buddy Ron. He is drawing up some bumpers, family cage, and rocker protection for my trail rig project. He is also making some steering linkage for me. I will be here at work through...
I am planning on going New Years day to Haspin Acres with a group of guys with mostly Jeeps. You are more than welcome to meet up with us. I have never been there before so I am looking forward to it. Trailpsyco will have his torn apart I believe. He told me that he was going to work on it...
I run 36" tires with only a 3.5" lift and trimmed fender up to body line. I have not rubbed anything yet. With 7.5" of lift, you could easily run 39.5" tires.
I am getting ready to install my C-4 that has been lying in the shop for about 6months now. My question is what stall speed converter do I buy?
My engine is a .040 over 302 with head work and edelbrock performer RPM cam, headers, and 4:11 gears, and 36" tires.
I want a converter that is going...
The clutch you need for the 170 six cylinder is the small one. You can not put any bigger clutch in the six cylinder bell housing (wont fit). My advice would be to just try to make it until you do the engine swap, because none of your six cylinder stuff will work with the v8. I just did the...
Why do you need one. Just use silicone gasket maker. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry. I put mine together 6 months ago and no leaks yet.
Or the broncograveyard has them.
In regards to the prep work. The most important things to remember if using a sandblaster on the inside is the sand will go places you never imagined. I mean that stuff goes everywhere! The blasting part was easy and only took about an hour. It was cleaning up under the dash and in the dash...
Well after going on a wheeling adventure a couple of weeks ago. I deceided that carpet on the inside of my bronco was not a very practical floor covering. Needless to say it was very muddy and I ended up in numerous mud holes one of which was so deep that water came in over the top of the...
