Permatex aviation gasket maker. Brown and smelly but it works and wont effect the shims.

Doing a rear main seal swap and wondering if anyone has tried using a one piece seal from a newer 5.0 from the late 80's instead of the rubber two piece it came with. Not sure its even possible but had to ask if anyone has tried.

I cant believe nobody has jumped on this, I paid full price when I got mine. I think its one of the better kits out there. You do need to know how to work with fuel injection but once you get it set up right it works great and every aspect can be tuned. Good luck!!
