    Your comeback might inspire someone

Bought my 1974 in 2012 from a CB member. Drove it a bit. Moved. Stored Bronco. Moved again. Stored Bronco. Drove Bronco for a summer. Moved again. Stored Bronco. Ordered a 2021. Delayed, became a 2022. Nearly sold 1974. Drove 2022 for two years. Traded 2022 for a new vehicle for wife...

    Hard cranking issue

A dance is exactly what I feel like I am doing. Move this, adjust that, tweak that and next thing you know I'm back to square one. I guess if I actually knew what I was doing that would help. I should probably get a timing light and figure out what the timing actually is then proceed. Just went...

    Hard cranking issue

That is exactly what it did when I tried to retard it. I did not adjust the screw though. Any idea how much to retard it, or is it trial and error? Thanks for the info.

    Hard cranking issue

I have searched the threads and interweb for answers but figured I would pose the question. I have a 351w, holley 1850 carb, edelbrock performer intake, Jacobs pro street ignition, and msd distributor (I think). I recently rebuilt the carb and replaced the starter with a new mini starter. When I...

    She's Finally Installed - 351w

Hood ? Will you be able to run a stock hood with your setup? What size is your air filter? I have a pretty basic 351w with no body lift and am wondering if going 1" will allow me to run a stock hood. Looks great. Clean and simple.

    66 fuel pump ?

This is the one I ordered and got from autoZone. It is for an inline 6 they give you the choice between the one for vacuum wipers or not in 1969 and even in the pics they look different. Bizarro world...

    66 fuel pump ?

That was the source of my confusion. I ordered one for a 69 and it would not fit. The pump arm was longer and at a different angle.

    66 fuel pump ?

Thanks. If I don't want to run the vacuum wipers do I just can those vacuum ports on the top of that fuel pump?

    66 fuel pump ?

I need to replace my old vacuum fuel pump on my 66 inline 6 cyl. I am planning to run electric wipers down the road. I ordered one from autozone but the pump arm is different and it doesn't fit. I assume I got the wrong pump. Do I just get get the one for an inline 6 from JBG that says "for...

    Eb 3 Point Seatbelts

I pulled the trigger on these yesterday. Couldn't beat it for $40 to my door. They are already being shipped. Any pics of the install of these or an issues would be great. Thanks for the tip!

    Interesting article

I know someone posted about an article in USA Today a while back, but now CNNMoney is talking Broncos (on page 3) and old SUV's becoming collectibles. http://money.cnn.com/gallery/autos/2013/04/25/collectible-suvs/index.html

    Jacobs Pro Street Ignition

Anyone have experience with these? I think I have isolated my battery drain issues to the ignition module. When I connect the battery cable, there is small spark, the LED input light on the module comes on for a few seconds, then turns off. If I disconnect the module, no spark, no drain. I...

    fuel gauge

? for DirtDonk again After taking your advice about the drain and fuel gauge I found a couple things. First, the fuel gauge is not even hooked up to the sending unit, so I would assume the gauge has power causing it to show F after turning the key and needs to be actually hooked up to work...I...

    fuel gauge

Thanks1 Paul, Extremely helpful...thanks for the information. I will check those things out this weekend. However, if it doesn't stop raining in Michigan, I may be turning my bronco into a boat.

    fuel gauge

DirtDonk I have had the truck for about year, and have been picking away at it to get it on the road since then. A new centech harness was partially installed when I purchased it. The guages were all hooked up, I just had to finish the wiring for the lights and brakes. The fuel gauge has done...
